Creative Strategist for 7–9 Figure DTC Brands

I help DTC brands scale by running their entire creative department from A to Z  (yes, the whole damn thing)

“She has vast experience on what works and what doesn’t. She’s thorough with research and manages the whole process from start to finish — research, briefing, hiring, coordinating talent, editors, and more. For us, there’s been a true before and after for our Meta performance. Totally recommend.”

Founder of Cocunat

About Me

Then

"Nooro Lead Video Editor"

Now

“Creative Strategist for 7–9 figure brands”

The first brand I worked with was Nooro (at the time, iCare).

It was during COVID — I needed money, and the only skill I had was editing videos. So I jumped in.

What started as a freelance gig turned into a full-time role, working side to side with Marek Bednar. I became lead editor — scaling creative output and managing a growing team. That’s how I learned how fast-paced, high-growth eCom really works.

After some more video editing jobs came DTC Alchemy, a creative agency.

This is where I leveled up. I went from execution to strategy — managing 10+ clients, briefing creators, building content systems, and leading a full creative team. I learned to deliver results at scale, under pressure, and with speed.

Now, I work independently as a Creative Strategist.

I plug into brands, build their internal creative systems, manage sprints, hire and train top-tier teams, and make sure high-performing ads are shipped every week.

Each stage has shaped how I work — and what I bring to the table today.

Before Working Together

When Cocunat decided to enter the U.S. market, they needed a small, fast-moving team to test their proven products locally. The problem? Nothing was in place — no creatives, no content systems, no team, no production plan.
Despite having 100+ employees globally, the U.S. initiative was starting from zero. They needed a partner who could build a full creative system lean and fast, without depending on the internal teams in Europe.

Gatekeepers: What Was Blocking Growth?

No creative team or systems for the U.S. market
No structured way to produce or test content
No landing page or funnel optimization strategy
Lack of original, high-quality UGC content for cold traffic
Zero creative organization — no content library, no tracking, no process
Needed to remain lean — couldn’t throw bodies at the problem

What They Needed to Scale

A high-performing creative system to run weekly sprints
High-volume content production: statics, videos, authority-led ads
Top-tier UGC creators aligned with the brand’s visual and messaging standards
Landing page and funnel variation testing
A system for testing new formats, hooks, angles, and audiences every week
Organized content library to reuse, iterate, and scale what works
Position B

After Working Together

Set up a lean U.S. creative team — built from scratch and fully managed by Lucía

Sourced and managed high-quality UGC creators for both product and authority-style content
Created an organized content library, allowing for fast iteration, reuse, and creative direction
Installed authority figures into creatives to increase trust and engagement
Enabled rapid funnel testing with new landing pages and ad formats weekly
Scaled without adding internal headcount — system-first approach allowed high output with a small team
A high-performance U.S. creative engine that scaled content and trust — without scaling overhead.

Before Working Together

When I joined, the brand was running only ripped creatives — copied from competitors, with nothing original. Their entire strategy was to test different hooks over the same borrowed ads.
There was no creative team, no content production, and no systems in place to manage anything. The brand had zero creators, no editors, no performance tracking, and no direction.

Gatekeepers: What Was Blocking Growth?

Total dependence on competitor creatives
No content production team or original assets
No video editors, no creators, no testing structure
Zero systems to manage creative flow, feedback, or performance
Lack of brand identity — nothing differentiated TonicGym from lookalikes

What They Needed to Scale

A full creative system to organize and manage production
An A+ team of editors and creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content
UGC volume and creative variety to test and iterate
A clear brand message and identity that could build customer trust
Internal processes, feedback loops, and performance metrics to evolve fast
Position B

After Working Together

Installed a structured creative system that made everything trackable and visible
Onboarded a team of 50+ creators to fuel weekly production
Recruited a Special Forces officer to serve as the authority figure behind the brand — recreating the top VSLs with original content and a credible spokesperson
Built 3 full-time editor roles, including animation specialists
Introduced creative sprints, feedback loops, and performance bonuses for the team
Expanded formats beyond VSLs: UGC, mashups, static ads, and more
Identified core brand messaging and angles, finally separating the brand from the crowd
Built a content library with high-quality, ready-to-use assets across the funnel
Original VSLs outperformed copied versions, customer trust skyrocketed, and the brand became Meta’s top performer in its category.

Testimonials

"A year ago, Lucia joined us as our creative strategist, and honestly it's been one of the best decisions we've made. Before she came in, our creative process was a mess, no real system, a lot of guesswork, and results that felt like luck more than anything. Since then, Lucia has completely transformed how we operate. She's built out a creative system from scratch: clear briefs, testing frameworks, data-led decisions, and a consistent pipeline that actually works. Our content isn't just better, it's predictable, scalable, and rooted in strategy."

Before Working Together

Skaind had great products and big creative potential — but their internal content workflows were messy, chaotic, and hard to scale.
There was no structured way to manage content, track assets, or delegate production tasks. Finding reliable editors had been a challenge, and the team was spending too much time on manual processes instead of creating high-quality content.

Disorganized content workflow — no central system or structure
Hard to find skilled editors — quality and speed were inconsistent
No central library or framework to store, name, and track creatives
Limited bandwidth — the internal team was spread too thin
Scaling content output felt overwhelming without the right structure in place

What They Needed to Scale

Clear workflows and systems to organize creative production
Fast, high-quality video editors that could plug into the team
A content structure with proper naming conventions and shared access
A reliable creative partner who could manage quality, deadlines, and strategy

Testimonials

"Working with Lucia has been-and continues to be-a great experience. From the moment she joined our brand, the first thing she did was establish her workflows and systems, which helped us tremendously in organizing our content processes, which had been quite chaotic until then. The same goes for the content we've been creating together-everything is now much more structured and accessible."
